- Website hits - approx 100 or so households - Suggestion: add social events - card games
- Altona Rd widening
- 1st annual Earth Day - April 22nd - not successful due to weather and number of volunteers
- May 6th - our 7th annual community garage sale
- Traffic study - Waterford Gate and Oakburn - result for 4 way stop signs to be confirmed
- Sewage disposal pipelines from Markham area needs to be expanded - proposal of 7 routes - most besides current pipelines
- September 16th - Parkfest quite successful - Martial Arts
- Challenge to have volunteers for executive

- Future of the AWCA - Brenda
- Proposed: Membership drive too much this year - continue as an interest group
- Proposed: City to co-sponsor Parkfest event - assist us in deciding what to have at the event; Community fund may be able to provide inflatables - this would allow us to have at least 1 more Parkfest; need to check with other community associations
- If there is focus on another street dance / Parkfest, we need to continue to have informal meetings
- No requirement to make amendments to Constitution
- Meet in the new year - put a plan in place for social events

- First meeting of new City Council - Monday December 4th at 7:30PM - RSVP required
- Renovation for Valleyview Park playground
- 2 - 4 police officers dedicated to traffic - to be voted on by council
- Parking on the street at ForestView is a concern - asked to talk to bylaw officer
- Refreshments and snacks!
