- Should we add some reports of recent vandalism - spray painting during New Years Eve - revisit Neighbourhood watch?
- Any traffic violations can be reported to Road Watch
- Durham Regional Police - house alarms - Brad to follow up

- Social event planning:
- Westcreek centre rental $75 + $75 damage deposit - questions for Brenda to go back to the condo owners (i.e. insurance, liquor license etc)
- Parkfest - charitable fund request initiated by Peter - he has requested Rick Johnson and Dave Ryan
- Insurance to be deferred
- Pickering City News:
- First meeting of new City Council - Monday December 4th at 7:30PM - Peter attended
- Pickering Home Energy program - received note from Jack Mcginnis - Le-Ann will follow up on behalf of the community association
- Letter from community - David Steele, states the provincial plan for Seaton severely flawed - UTSC
- Letter from Bonnie Littley - update on Greenbelt and Airport action items
- Volunteer awards discussed
