Where to reach parents and guardians at all times.  Know your child's friends
Never go with a stranger by car or by foot
Strangers come in all sizes, ages and nationalities and can be male or female, young or old
Take the same route to and from school everyday. Walk it with your child
Never give out your name or address to strangers
Do not accept food or gifts from anyone without parent permission
Never go near or get into a stranger's car
It is okay to say NO to an adult
Never feed or tease a strange animal
Never take short cuts through ravines or fields
If you child becomes separated from you while shopping, to go to the nearest teller or cashier and tell them
Police are their friends and can always help
Carry enough money to make a phone call
Never enter anyone's home without parent permission
Adults rarely ask a child for help
Never play in deserted buildings or isolated areas
If a stranger grabs you, it is OKAY to kick, scream, bite and make as much noise as possible
